Product Descripion
     The transmission gear of SZ Cone Double Screw Extruder is a mechanical transmission gear specially designed as a mating device for the cone double screw plastic extruder. The device can transmit the power generated by the major motor to the long axis of the distributor case after speed reduction and twist increasing in the transmission case. Then the long axis drives the minor axis through a pair of small-cone-angle spiral gear with a transmission ratio of 1: 1. The long axis and the minor axis with the same corner dimension as the screw bolt and in the manner of inverted outward rotation drive the screw bolt to extrude high-quality products.
     The transmission case is designed according to the standard of JB / T9050.1_1999. The gears and axial parts are made of high strength alloy steel. The gear goes through the process of carburization, heat hardening and gear grinding, with the gear precision of grade 5 and the tooth surface hardness of HRC54-62. All the oil seal adopts imported products. Both the transmission case and the distributor case are equipped with cooling coils, which are used to cool the lubricating oil.
    Due to the new improvements in gear precision and bearing configuration compared with the traditional products, its overall performance is superior to that of the current products.
